Ogre Grinding and More in Badlands, Levels 40-45

An easy place to level quickly is the south-westernmost corner of the Badlands. There you will find ogres. Lots of them. The reason I like ogres is because they tend to go down easy. This isn’t always the case (such as the elite ogres in Loch Modan), but as a whole I’d say they’re one of my most-grinded types of mob.

The Ogres you will want to focus on here are of the Dustbelcher variety: Dustbelcher Wyrmhunters, Dustbelcher Shaman, Dustbelcher Maulers, Dustbelcher Ogre Mages and Dustbelcher Lords. I suppose there are easier ogres in the game, but these generally have low hit points (for ogres) and as long as you stay focused on the mobs your level and below, you won’t have too difficult of a time.

As an added bonus, there is also a large group of Greater Rock Elementals in the vicinity. If you get burned out on the ogres, or if the Dustbelch Shaman are proving too difficult, you can just swing around the corner and grind these for a while. After spending so long grinding their cousins to the north, you should be able to whip through these guys with no problems.
